Lea Salonga to release her version of Dyesebel’s OST – Tangi Kong Kailangan

Two weeks after the release of Mars Ravelo’s Dyesebel on ABS-CBN with the multimedia princess Anne Curtis plays the title role, the Kapamilya network announced that the Broadway Diva and The Voice of the Philippines coach Lea Salonga will be doing her version of the official soundtrack that will be used on the show. The song entitled Tangi Kong Kailangan that was originally performed by Pop Rock Princess Yeng Constantino during the trade launch and other promo campaigns of Dyesebel on ABS-CBN including their segment in ASAP 19 during the grand welcome.
Lea will be doing two versions which is in Filipino and the other one in English which will surely cater to the younger crowd and possible to the new generations of Global Kapamilyas who follow Dyesebel via The Filipino Channel (TFC). This will be the first time that Lea will be singing a theme song of a teleserye on ABS-CBN eventhough she already performed for the 2013 Christmas Station ID of ABS-CBN.
Meanwhile, Dyesebel now lives with Banak (Ai Ai delas Alas) who is the good friend of her deceased father. She will be nurtured by her but at the same time will be facing challenges in the world of the mermaids after Banak was subjected to be a slave of Queen Dyangga (Eula Valdes) who was their enemy before. Now that Dyesebel grew in Banak’s caring she will discover so many things at the same curiosity will bring her to the place of the humans.
Dyesebel airs on ABS-CBN Primetime Bida weeknights after TV Patrol.
